Next Communications is the connectivity infrastructure layer that came out of seven years of running a real MVNO. We know what breaks at scale because we broke it ourselves. Headquartered in The Hague. Operating across India, Europe, MEA, and expanding through APAC.

2016 — 2023

Built & operated a full MVNO.

Jignesh built and ran an MVNO end-to-end for seven years. Real carrier integrations. Real billing systems. Real subscribers. Real failures and the lessons that came with them. The kind of operating knowledge you cannot acquire from a deck or a consulting engagement.

We paid the tuition.

It took €500K and 18 months of operating runway before the first SIM sold — the kind of distribution insight you only earn by getting it wrong first. That hard-won knowledge is now encoded into the platform, not into a presentation.

2023 →

Rebuilt as API-first.

The infrastructure underneath the MVNO — roaming, IMSI, billing, compliance — was worth more than the SIM itself. So we exited the MVNO and built the layer. Same domain expertise, entirely new delivery model. We didn't pivot. We graduated.
